4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are supported for depositing funds on ud99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).

• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The deposit amount will be added to the account once confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ud99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

• After receiving the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• The bonus balance may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus may only be received once per account.
• Genuine account information is required to claim the welcome bonus.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games or bets.

6.1 General Betting Policy

Before placing any bet on ud99, please read the specific rules for the relevant game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Winnings will be automatically credited to the account.

6.2 Technical Issues

ud99 is not liable if the internet connection is lost or a server issue occurs during a bet or game. However, the result will be determined based on the last state saved on the server.

6.3 Void Results

ud99 may cancel or suspend bets in the following circumstances:

• If the event or match is cancelled.
• If a system error is found in the odds or game data.
• If evidence of fraud or match fixing is found.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

8.1 ud99's Rights
